Our science laboratory and classroom
includes: SMARTboard, weather station,
lab stations with sinks, trout in the
classroom tank, microscopes, collections
of rock and mineral samples, two large
whale bone fossils discovered at Calvert
Cliffs, two life-size skeleton models,
a Van de Graaff generator, and a 3-D printer.
Chemistry, physics, and behavioral
hypotheses are tested and presented
at the Seventh Grade Science Fair,
judged by local representatives from
the scientific community. Participation
in the Science Fair is a graduation
requirement for all Barnesville students.
