Barnesville's kindergarten nurtures lifelong learners. After kindergarten, Lower School programs introduce and engage students in core curriculum studies while encouraging discovery of new experiences and talents. As students progress into Middle School, they are exposed to a challenging curriculum that strengthens critical thinking, math and writing skills. ey also continue to develop an understanding of their roles in the world around them. Ready for the transition to high school, each graduate delivers a speech that looks back on their Barnesville experience and imagines new adventures that lay ahead. We aim to build a solid learning foundation for each student—a broad base of knowledge, skills, and values that prepares them for the next stage of their education. Just as important, we nurture their joy for learning so they are not only prepared, but excited about their future opportunities.
