Jon Mullen joined Barnesville's Board of Trustees in the fall of 2015, bringing financial
expertise as well as his unique perspective of an alumnus. Jon attended Barnesville
for nine years (pre-k through 6th grade) and graduated with the class of 1993. He also
attended summer camp at Barnesville during those years and later worked as a camp
counselor through 2000. Jon currently lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife Lauren and
twin daughters, Campbell and Logan.
Bio:
• Vice President of Phillips Realty Capital Corporation (PRC) and the Director of Invest-
ments for EB5 Capital, both located in Bethesda, MD.
• Started at PRC as a summer intern in 2001, and joined the company full-time in Sep-
tember 2003.
• Has participated in the origination and underwriting of more than $3 billion in debt
and equity financing of commercial real estate.
• Serves on EB5 Capital team as Director of Investments, directly involved in the struc-
turing and closing of all of EB5 Capital's investments.
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Richmond
• Master's Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University's Carey Business
School
