��� Barnesville���s salaries and benefits program will be benchmarked with
those of peer schools, and any gaps will be addressed systematically.
This will ensure that we continue to attract and retain an outstanding
and diverse faculty and staff.
Facilities Master Plan
��� After an extensive evaluation of the facilities, including comparisons
with peer institutions and educational standards, Bowie Gridley Architects developed a mission-focused Master Plan for the Barnesville
campus.
��� The Master Plan envisions one fully connected and unified facility, ad-
ditional specialized learning spaces and new common areas (indoors
and out) to meet curricular needs and to enhance the student experience. It also allows for technology integration and will create safer,
cleaner, ���greener��� learning environments for our children.
��� Our Facilities Task Force is in the process of analyzing options, devel-
oping a site plan and exploring the immediate feasibility of the plan.
