Action Plan Technology ��� Kindergarten and 6th grade iPad pilot programs have proven advantageous. ��� As faculty continue to expand opportunities for student use of technology, they also seek to balance screen time with outdoor time and direct engagement with nature. ��� Strategic investments have been made in tools for students and teachers. ��� Faculty training and support are ongoing, including peer-to-peer knowledge and experience exchanges. ��� A digital literacy curriculum is in place for middle school students. ��� The School is actively managing bandwidth and infrastructure needs. Enrollment ��� A positioning (brand development) task force will recommend ways to better define and differentiate Barnesville in the context of the vision. ��� The School has increased admissions and communications staffing and is placing added emphasis on online communications. ��� Additional student transportation options are being explored and offered where feasible. ��� Increased financial aid is being made available, including new need-based and academic scholarships. 9
