Act on a hit TV show? Break into show business? How about amassing millions of Instagram followers? Teen actor Josh Rush knows about all those things, and he's going to share his secrets with you! Best known for his starring role in the Disney hit show Andi Mack, 17-year-old Josh Rush has been acting most of his life. His Andi Mack character Cyrus Goodman is the first gay main character on the Disney Channel. He has also appeared in the TV shows Private Practice, Heroes, Medium, Criminal Minds, House, CSI:NY, and Bones, among others. He currently voices the Bunga on the Disney Junior series The Lion Guard. In 2012 he appeared as Turner Simmons in the feature film Parental Guidance, which earned him a Young Artist Award nomination as Best Supporting Young Actor Age Ten and Under in a Feature Film. He also appeared as Jacob in the 2015 thriller film Emelie. He voiced Toby in Netflix and Dreamwork Animation's The Adventures of Puss in Boots and Breehn on Cartoon Network's Clarence. But Josh isn't all celebrity and glamour. He is passionate about helping to educate young people about current events so that they can become engaged and informed citizens. That's why he started "News in a Rush" on his Instagram feed, where he explains the news of the day to his fans, in under a minute. Josh is working in DC until June, and one of his favorite places is the Newseum, so that's where the high bidder will get to spend about three hours with him.
