Game on! Athlete or not, Middle School is a time for
YOU to focus on fitness and to try out team sports.
Middle School students have 90 minutes of P.E. every week focused on fitness and
flexibility exercises as well as team building and sports. You will learn about
cardiovascular fitness as well as healthy lifestyle habits. We will ask you to put in
optimal effort on all tasks so you achieve your personal best.
By eighth grade you will have a voice in choosing the sports and games you play. e
team-building challenges are more complex and require even greater communication
and cooperation among students.
Our athletic facilities include a full gymnasium with a regulation hardwood-floor
basketball court, an outdoor basketball court, an outdoor soccer/lacrosse field,
low-ropes challenge course, and a cross country course.
