TREY VALENTA (2013) is currently a Freshman at Virginia Tech studying engineering. Trey is involved in a stu- dent living learning community called THRIVE where they work to develop their strengths based on Gallup's Clifton- Strengths assessment so that the stu- dents can thrive both in and out of the classroom. SETH DON (2015) is a junior at Maret School where he plays on the varsity lacrosse team. Seth started a socially conscious clothing compa- ny, Good DC (gooddc.org), which donates 50% of its profits to the Wash- ington Literacy Center, which has been helping illiterate residents of The District learn to read since 1963. JOHANNA DUNKERS (2015) is a junior at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. She was recently elected to the National Honor Society and is serving as a captain for the Varsity Soccer team. She wishes to thank Mrs. Waldhorn for instilling in her a love of art. She is continuing to take art classes as an outlet for creativity and relaxation. AMY GERMER (2015) is a junior at Poolesville High School in the Global Ecology Magnet Program where she is involved in the Debate Club. She is president of Venture Crew 27, a coed youth-led program under the Boy Scouts of America (see page 10).
