LETTER FROM THE CHAIR OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
-ville School Fund FOR 15 YEARS IN A ROW. Even with that track record, I am always amazed and
humbled that the people who spend the majority of their time at Barnesville and contribute so
much of themselves to our children, donate so generously to our mission.
The faculty and staff are not alone in their efforts. The entire community, whether working in the
library, contributing to the BPC, volunteering as a room parent or donating to the Gala, contributes
to the wonderful place that is the Barnesville School.
This report details the many successes we have had over the past year. It is through your continued
generosity and support that we will have many, many more.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I offer our most sincere gratitude for your support, past and
future.
Sincerely,
Jeff Donohoe
Chair, Board of Trustees
DEAR BARNESVILLE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS,
There have been a lot of changes at Barnesville since Sean, Kathy
and I joined the school in 2009. We learned very quickly that this
is a vibrant, active, caring community; one in which we knew we
would be involved. I don't think we knew at that time how much
Barnesville would add to our lives. Judging from the constant,
unwavering support we always receive from the community, I
know we are not alone.
The faculty and staff not only educate our children, they guide,
encourage, challenge and grow them. Their care and dedication
for each individual child is evident in everything they do. Not
only that, they challenge themselves and each other to develop
new, innovative ways to inspire learning and create joy. They
then set the standard by their 100% participation in the Barnes-
