Barnesville School Magazine Barnesville's Legacies Six former Barnesville students and alumni have returned to Barnesville... this time as parents. Kyle: What is your favorite memory of the Barnesville School? My favorite memory of Barnesville has to be when we planted trees behind the soccer field one year for Earth Day. To go back now and see them fully grown is a nice reminder of my time at Barnesville. Is there anything that Anna, Keegan, or Adam has done at Barnesville that you also did when you were at Barnesville? If so, what? It was so wonderful that Anna and Keegan both got to have Mrs. Dyke as a teacher. In addition to her being a great teacher, the fact that they had the same teacher that I had when I attended Barnesville was very exciting. What was it about the Barnesville School that made you want Anna, Keegan, and Adam to have the same experience? When [my wife] Jacque and I were looking to send Anna and Keegan to private school, I suggested Barnesville because I remembered it for the positive learning environment, small class size, exciting opportunities, and overall great school. Kyle Hildebrand Anna (8th) Keegan (6th) Adam (PreK) Anna: What is your favorite thing about the Barnesville School? I really enjoyed getting to meet new friends. I hope we always stay in touch. I'm looking forward to getting to know my little buddies better and I'm looking forward to going to New York! Keegan: What is your favorite thing about the Barnesville School? I enjoy working with the iPads. I like that the classes are small and that we can get homework done in study hall before going home. I like playing sports for Barnesville. I'm looking forward to playing lacrosse and soccer next season. Adam: What is your favorite thing about the Barnesville School? I like playing in the [preK] loft. I like going on the stage.
