A stalwart advocate for the faculty and staff, Ann believed it critical to provide competitive retirement benefits in order to attract and retain the best educators. The Frieda Cohen and her parents, Rose and David Cohen, Tuition Assistance Fund Established by Barnesville's honorary grandmother, the late Frieda Cohen, in memory of her parents Rose and David Cohen, the Fund provides tuition assistance for qualified students. The Frieda Cohen Trust The Georgeann Gude Wood Endowed Library Fund In honor of her love and enthusiastic patronage of the Barnesville School Library, this endowed fund was formally established in 2002 in memory of Georgeann Gude Wood, mother of alumni Crosby Wood, '81 and late wife of Mr. Brooks C.B.
