Mission Statement: The Barnesville School of Arts & Sciences is dedicated to providing a
joyful and supportive learning environment for the development of excellence in each of us.
The Barnesville School strategic plan is a living document designed to identify goals, outline indicators of impact, and serve as a road
map to pursue and further the school's mission. The strategic plan ensures future sustainability and is a reflection of its vision. The plan
includes stakeholder feedback including community, staff, and the Board. The strategies outlined prioritize and make accountable all
constituencies in fulfilling the school's mission. The Board of Trustees and Administration will evaluate progress annually to ensure
evidence of achievement and the continued relevance of the plan for the school and the community it serves. Evaluation is to include
stakeholder feedback, qualitative, and quantitative gains such as enrollment, student achievement, and family satisfaction. The
endeavor, a thoughtful data driven process that has woven the values, mission, and goals of our school, on behalf of the Board, identifies
"The Barnesville Way."
